PDAA Merge
with IWUA
The PDAA recently voted to merge with IWUA, making both unions stronger. Read more below.
The PDAA recently resolved at its AGM to merge with the IWUA. The PDAA is now a branch of the IWUA.
All PDAA memberships will be transferred automatically to the IWUA.
There will be no change to your fees or the service that provided to PDAA members by IWUA.
The choice to merge was made because we believe that we will be stronger together with the IWUA and that by joining together to be 2,000+ members strong the IWUA will provide you with a better service.

The Independent Workers Union of Australia (IWUA and/or IWUA LTD) is a professional association. IWUA Inc is an industrial association whose principal purpose is to protect and promote the interests of members in matters concerning their employment or professional engagement. No membership fees are used to support any political party (including the ALP), so we are able to source and/or provide representation for all members, on all issues, better than our competitors.
